From now on it is possible to request sticker labels with the ingredient declaration in your language for food products. You will receive these labels for free with your order and you can then stick them on the products yourself. As soon as this option has been activated in your account, you will receive labels for all food products in your order. The number of stickers also corresponds to the number of products you have ordered.
How do you request these labels?
You can only request labels by sending an e-mail to our customer service or filling in the contact form on our website. Your request is active as soon as it has been confirmed to you by our customer service. Do you make the request and place an order immediately afterwards without having received the confirmation e-mail from our customer service? Then you will not receive any labels with that order.
Once this service has been confirmed to you by our customer service, you will automatically receive the labels with all following orders. Meaning you only have to make the request once.
In which languages are these labels available?
You will automatically receive the labels in your own language. It's not possible to request labels in a different language than your own. The labels are available in the following languages: Bulgarian, Danish, German, English, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Croatian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Slovak, Spanish, Czech and Swedish.
What exactly do you receive?
You will receive stickers with the ingredient declaration in your language. You still need to sticker the products yourself with the received labels. In every order after activation of this service you will find labels for the food products in your specific order. We will send enough stickers for the number of products you have ordered. Please note: we will only send labels for those food products that do not already have your language on the package. So has this service been activated in your account, but don't you receive these labels with your order? Then your language is probably already on the packaging.
