We would like to inform you about the warehouse closure in Week 9.
At CakeSupplies, we are committed to maintaining a high level of service. To ensure this for the future, a major system update is necessary. To ensure a smooth transition, we will temporarily close our warehouse in Week 9.
Orders placed before noon on Monday, February 26, will be processed that same week. All orders received after that time will not be processed again until Monday, March 4. Our customer service will be available as usual during this period, and orders can continue to be placed through the website. However, these orders will not be processed and shipped until after March 4, in order of receipt.
We kindly ask you to take this closure into account and place your orders in time. We expect extra traffic in the week before and the week after the closure. Of course, we are doing everything we can to clear this backlog as quickly as possible and keep delays to a minimum.
