Coloured chocolate and glittery creations with Sugarflair

Colour your chocolate with Chocolate Colours

Getting started with making chocolates, chocolate decorations, or want to add a coloured layer to your cake, for example? Then you can colour your chocolate with colour pastes. Unfortunately, not all colour pastes can be used; the colour paste must be made from cocoa butter, otherwise it will not mix well with your chocolate. Sugarflair's Chocolate Colours are also made from cocoa butter and are specially designed to give more vibrancy to chocolate. Before using them, heat them gently in the microwave to melt the colour, then use a brush to apply the colour to a chocolate mould or acetate foil to create beautiful designs.
