Important warning: be careful when ordering heat-sensitive products during extreme temperatures in Southern Europe!
With summer in full swing, we would like to inform you of an important issue regarding the extreme heat in Southern Europe and its impact on some of our products. We have noticed that temperatures in trucks can rise significantly during transportation, creating a risk that some products may melt. In addition, please note that these sensitive products can also melt when temperatures in the warehouse are too high.
While we do our best to ensure the quality of our products, it is important to emphasise that we cannot provide refrigerated transport. This can particularly affect products such as chocolate and Deco Melts, but we have also noticed that marshmallows are prone to melting under these conditions.
We therefore kindly ask you to consider this risk when placing orders, especially if you are located in a region where temperatures are currently high. Although we do our best to package our products as securely as possible, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive products will fully withstand high temperatures during transport or when stored in an overheated warehouse.
