Create a thick crunchy chocolate layer on top of your cakes, pastries, muffins, brownies and cookies, using the Dr. Oetker Choco Glaze. The Dr. Oetker Choco Glaze has a deliciously full flavour thanks to the cocoa powder
- One bag is enough for approx.. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake.
Directions: Put the bag of choco glaze in a bowl with plenty of hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes, make sure to keep the bag submerged in the water. Remove the bag from the water and knead the bag of choco glaze well. Cut off the top of the bag and pour the liquid pink glaze over the cooled baked good. If necessary, smooth the glaze out with a flat knife. Let the glaze cool off for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients: vegetable oil (palm, shea), sugar, cocoa powder (19%) (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower).
May contain traces of: milk.
