Dr. Oetker Base sponge cake

Baking a beautiful sponge cake is easy with this Dr. Oetker sponge cake mix. After baking, the cake is high enough to make three layers and fill it, for example with delicious airy butter cream. Ideal for baking your own festive fondant cake or naked cake, the possibilities are endless!

• Just add 5 eggs and a little water

  Preparations: you only have to add fthe eggs and a little water to the mix. Then beat it for 5 minutes and you’ll have a beautiful airy biscuit batter.
