The FunCakes Mix for Macarons Gluten Free is the perfect mix to easily create your own homemade macarons (20-24 pieces). Simply add egg white to the mix and pipe even rounds on a baking tray. If you want coloured macarons just add a bit of FunCakes Dust or Gel Food Colour.
- The easiest baking mix to create perfect homemade macarons with a nice almond flavour!
- Only add egg white and add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed and fill a piping bag with the batter. Make circles on a baking tray or use a macaron baking mat and rest for 2 hours.
- You can use this mix to prepare coloured macarons in all you favourite colours. Only add FunCakes FunColours Dust or FunCakes FunColours Gel Food Colour to get the colouor you wish.
- Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Mix 300 g of mix with 70 g of egg white and add food colouring as desired. Mix on high speed for at least 5 minutes. Fill a piping bag and pipe the macarons onto a macaron mat. Let the macarons rest for two hours. Preheat the oven to 140 °C (convection oven 130 °C). Bake the macarons for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
