The FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes Glutenfree makes it so easy for you to create those perfectly even, flat and moist cupcakes. Their golden brown colour and vanilla taste will make you want to eat them right away, but wait! The cupcakes are perfect for decorating with sugar paste, marzipan or swirls and rosettes of buttercream. Getting into a creative flow? Add the FunCakes Flavour Pastes or Colourings to vary with tastes and colours.
- This cake mix will get you perfectly even, flat glutenfree cupcakes with a delicious vanilla taste.
- Only add eggs and butter to create these fluffy, moist and golden brown cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavour, but can be given unique flavour with FunCakes flavour pastes.
- These nicely even and flat cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant or a nice buttercream swirl.
- Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 150 °C). For 15 cupcakes: mix 400 g mix, 160 g butter and 200 g eggs (4 eggs). Mix on low speed for 3 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Line a muffin tray with paper cases and fill the cases halfway using an ice cream scoop. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Prefer mini cupcakes? With 400 g Mix for Cupcakes you can make approx. 30 to 34 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12 to 15 minutes. Or prefer a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150 to 160 °C (convection oven) for approx. 60 to 70 minutes.
