Just add water to this mix for crème patissière and it will become a beautifully yellow custard cream which you can use to fill cakes, tarts and pies. A no-nonsense, 'what you see is what you get' cream with a delicious vanilla flavour. The cream goes hand in hand with puff pastry, choux pastry, desserts and sponge cakes. Preparation: Add 500 ml of water per 200 grams of mixture and beat for approximately 5 minutes to a smooth mass. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for tarts, cream puffs and doughnuts. Can also be baked in or on a product such as a cake.
