With the FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie, you can quickly serve up a classic chocolate treat. This mix is perfect for baking fluffy brownies with a rich, intense chocolate flavour. Simply add butter, eggs and water, and customise with extras like nuts, raisins or chocolate chunks.
Whether you go for a festive brownie, a moist chocolate cake or cupcakes with a twist, this mix is always a great choice!

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection 160°C). Mix the baking mix with eggs, butter and water for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add fillings like nuts, raisins or bake-stable chocolate if desired. Line a greased baking tin with parchment paper and fill with the batter. Bake in the preheated oven. Let cool and optionally cover with chocolate glaze. Also great for making chocolate cupcakes.
Sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil and fat (palm, turnip), 7,0% cocoa powder (skimmed), modified starch, glucose syrup (dried), potato starch, salt, raising agent: E450(i), E500(ii), milk protein, flavouring.
