The Callebaut Chocolate Callets Velvet is a soft, creamy white chocolate with a dash of sweetness. This uncommon white chocolate brings the soft pleasure of fresh milk taste with slight hints of sweetness. Ideal for making chocolate bars, bonbons and much more.
