With the Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip Cake Mix 425 g, you can easily bake a cheerful vanilla cake with colourful chips. Simply add eggs, oil and water and create a light, soft and festive cake in just a few steps. Perfect for children''s birthdays, school treats or other fun party moments.
For an extra festive result, combine the cake with Betty Crocker Icing and sprinkles. You can also finish the cake with buttercream or your favourite topping. The mix is also suitable for baking cupcakes.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C for a fan oven or 180 °C for a conventional oven. Grease a 20 cm baking pan or line a muffin tin with approximately 22 cupcake cases. Place the cake mix, 90 ml water, 180 ml vegetable oil and 3 eggs in a bowl. Mix for 30 seconds on low speed and then for 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth. Pour the batter into the baking pan or divide it between the cupcake cases. Bake the cake for 35 minutes or the cupcakes for 22 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the baking pan for 10 minutes before turning it out. Leave the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
