With the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix 200 g, you can easily bake delicious chocolate chip cookies filled with chocolate chips. The chocolate chips are already included in the mix, so all you need to do is add water. Simply mix, bake and enjoy warm, soft cookies with a delicious chocolate flavour.
This cookie mix is perfect when you want to bake something tasty in no time for coffee, as a treat or for a fun baking activity with children. One pack makes approximately 8 cookies.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C, or 170 °C for fan assisted ovens. Mix the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix with 30 ml of water in a large bowl. Stir with a large spoon until a firm dough forms. Spoon 8 heaped teaspoons of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving about 5 cm between each cookie so they have room to spread. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are firm. For crispier cookies, bake for an additional 2 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking tray for 1 minute before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Sugar, wheat flour, 15,0% chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 lecithins, flavouring), fat-based powder preparation (vegetable fat (palm), glucose syrup (dried), milk protein), vegetable fat (palm), egg yolk powder, salt, raising agent: E500, egg white powder, molasses powder (cane), flavouring.
