With the Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix 415 g, you can easily bake delicious brownies with a lightly crisp top and a rich, fudgy centre. Simply add eggs, water and oil, or use melted butter for an even richer flavour. Perfect for every chocolate lover.
Serve the brownies with coffee, as a sweet treat or as a dessert with a scoop of ice cream. One pack makes one brownie in a 20 x 20 cm baking tin, ready to be cut into portions after baking.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C, or 160 °C for fan assisted ovens. Grease a 20 x 20 cm square baking tin or line the base with baking paper. Mix the Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix with 40 ml vegetable oil, 75 ml water and 1 medium egg, or mix with 80 g melted butter and 2 medium eggs. Stir until well combined; the batter may still be slightly lumpy. Spread the batter evenly into the baking tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted 5 cm from the edge comes out almost clean. Allow the brownie to cool before cutting into portions.
Sugar, wheat flour, 5,0% cocoa powder (fat reduced), vegetable fat (palm), corn starch, flour treatment agent: E300.
