Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste that adds vibrant color to buttercream, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, batter, cookie dough and more. You can also mix colors to create your own custom shades.
The paste is strong, economical in use, and perfect for decorating cakes and baked goods.
- Suitable for water-based preparations (not for chocolate)
- Colors can be mixed for custom results
- Perfect for fondant, icing, buttercream, cookie dough and more
Use a clean cocktail stick to take a small amount from the jar. Add it to your fondant or marzipan and knead until evenly colored. For a marbled effect, knead briefly. Wash hands with warm water and soap to remove excess coloring.
Glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: E422, water, colour: E102, E110, E129, E133, corn starch, acidity regulator: E330, E331, thickener: E406, preservative: E202.
E102, E110, E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of: gluten, crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
This product is: Kosher certified.
Store at room temperature.
