Product description Sugarflair - Max Concentrate Paste Colour BROWN EXTRA, 42g
Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Colours, for easy colouring. Gives fondant and marzipan a rich colour with a small amount of food colouring.
Instructions: colour in small amounts by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it. The knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. Add more paste for a richer colour.
Ingredients: humectant: E422, solvent: E1520, anti-caking agent: E551, colour: E133, E172.
Maximum usable dose: 7 g/kg.
This product is: suited for vegetarians, suited for vegans.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
