Sugarflair Colour Flex Oil Sage Green is a super concentrated, oil based gel colouring developed for creations with a higher fat content. Perfect for achieving rich, even colour in buttercream, chocolate work and sugar pastes, in a practical dropper bottle for clean dosing.
Ideal for both home bakers and professionals who want reliable colour results with minimal product, whether you are mixing, piping or finishing detailed decorations.
- Suitable for buttercream, ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, fondant, cream, cake batter and modelling paste or sugar paste.
- Oil based, super concentrated gel colouring for fat rich recipes.
- Easy dosing with a handy 25 ml dropper bottle.
- 100% edible.
Add drop by drop into your mixture and stir until fully blended. Increase dosage for a more intense colour.
Humectant: E422, water, oil (canola), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower), colour: E102, E133, E122.
E102 and E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
This product is: suited for vegetarians and suited for vegans.
Store in a dry place.
Maximum usable dose: 4 g/kg.
