FunCakes Mix for Vegan Cake 400g

Are you following a vegan diet or lifestyle and do you love baking? Try this FunCakes Mix for Vegan Cake! Add water and vegetable oil to create a vanilla cake. Delicous as it is, but also perfect to add your favourite toppings, fruits and fillings! The mix can also be used to bake vegan apple pie, vegan carrot cake or vegan cupcakes.

• Vanilla flavoured cake. Delicious as it is, but also perfect as a basic to add fillings and toppings to.
• Content: 400 gram.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix with a flat/flex beater 400g of mix, 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long or a round baking pan of approx. Ø 20 cm (8”). Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
