Glazing cookies and decorating cakes is a fun and creative process! With this FunCakes Royal Icing Mix you can save time on preparation and enjoy decorating even more. Just add water for a firm icing that sets completely and is perfect for piping decorations and glazing cookies. The 4 kg pack is ideal for large baking projects.

Add 55 ml of water per 450g of sifted Mix for Royal Icing with a stiff consistency. Mix the icing for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed to a stiff, white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can pull peaks that don''t fall back. If using a hand-held mixer be careful that it does not jam!
Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of water per 200g of icing for medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.
