The FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes Glutenfree makes it so easy for you to create those perfectly even, flat and moist cupcakes. Their golden brown colour and vanilla taste will make you want to eat them right away, but wait! The cupcakes are perfect for decorating with sugar paste, marzipan or swirls and rosettes of buttercream. Getting into a creative flow? Add the FunCakes Flavour Pastes or Colourings to vary with tastes and colours.
- This cake mix will get you perfectly even, flat glutenfree cupcakes with a delicious vanilla taste.
- Only add eggs and butter to create these fluffy, moist and golden brown cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavour, but can be given unique flavour with FunCakes flavour pastes.
- These nicely even and flat cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant or a nice buttercream swirl.

The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 150 °C). For 20 to 24 cupcakes: mix 500 g of mix, 200 g of butter and 250 g of eggs (5 eggs). Mix on low speed for 3 minutes until smooth. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and use an ice cream scoop to fill them halfway with batter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Prefer mini cupcakes? With 500 g Mix for Cupcakes you can make approx. 40 to 48 mini cupcakes. Bake for approx. 12 to 15 minutes. Or would you rather make a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150 to 160 °C (convection oven) for approx. 60 to 70 minutes.
