Its rich almond flavour and flawless finish make it the go-to choice for every home baker and professional. This natural 1:4 marzipan contains 20% almonds and 80% sugar.
FunCakes marzipan is not only perfect for covering cakes, but also ideal for modelling decorations like flowers, figurines or festive accents. Recreate classic treats like petit fours or add a personal twist to your bakes, this marzipan can do it all!
- Perfect for covering cakes and cupcakes
- Very smooth and elastic: easy to roll out and shape
- Also suitable for creating edible decorations
- Available in 250 g and 1 kg
- Knead the marzipan well before use until it feels soft and pliable.
- Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar or use Magic Roll-out Powder.
- Roll out the marzipan to the desired thickness (approx. 3mm).
- Use it to cover your cake or create decorations like flowers, figurines or borders.
