With the FunCakes Marzipan Natural 1:4, you can effortlessly give your creations an elegant and flavourful finish. This silky-smooth marzipan is a dream to work with and drapes smoothly over cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Its rich almond flavour and flawless finish make it the go-to choice for every home baker and professional. This natural 1:4 marzipan contains 20% almonds and 80% sugar.
FunCakes marzipan is not only perfect for covering cakes, but also ideal for modelling decorations such as flowers, figurines or festive details. Recreate traditional treats like petit fours or give your bakes a personal twist, this marzipan can do it all!
- Perfect for covering cakes and cupcakes
- Very smooth and elastic: easy to roll out and shape
- Also suitable for creating edible decorations
- Available in 250 g and 1 kg
- Knead the marzipan well before use until it feels soft and pliable.
- Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar or use Magic Roll-out Powder.
- Roll out the marzipan to the desired thickness (approx. 3mm).
- Use it to cover your cake or create decorations like flowers, figurines or borders.
