Brighten your creations with FunCakes Food Colour Gel Gooseberry. This concentrated gel adds a fresh, light green shade to fondant, creams, marzipan and icings, providing consistent colouring without affecting texture. The flip-cap tube allows clean and accurate use.
The colour stays true even after baking, giving your bakes a lively, natural finish.

- Easy, clean dosing with squeeze tube.
- Heat resistant up to 200°C.
Add the desired amount of colour to sugar paste or cream, knead or stir until fully blended and continue until you reach the desired shade.
Glycerol, propylene glycol, colour: E102, thickener: E551, colour: E133, E122.
E102 and E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
This product is: Halal certified, gluten-free, suited for vegetarians and suited for vegans.
Store in a cool, dark place, 15-20°C.
