FunCakes flavour pastas can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour pasta because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavour pasta can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, egg yolk, glucose syrup, water, flavour pasta, emulsifier: E440a, colour: E160a, E100, acidity regulator: E330, antioxidant: E300, E306. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: milk and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
