With the FunCakes Covering Paste you easily cover both small and large cakes with sugar paste. This fondant is extremely flexible and playable. We recommend this paste for all of your cake covering tasks as it can be rolled out even under 2mm, ensuring perfect, sharp edges even for the biggest cakes! Do you like your fondant to be nicely firm, then this is it for you! Choose one of the four colours, or give the white covering paste any desired colour with the FunCakes colourings.
Beginners will love how easy to use this covering paste is. After kneading, the sugar paste is very elastic and flexible which will help also the less experience home baker. Professionals will work even quicker and more cost effective thanks to the great workability.

For the best result, the following process is recommended:
- Let the fondant come to room temperature.
- Knead the fondant firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
- Dust the work surface with a little icing sugar or Magic Roll-Out Powder and roll out the fondant thinly into an even circle using a rolling pin. The fondant can even be rolled out to less than 2 mm thick.
- Cover your cake with the covering paste.
- Tip: Make sure your cake is first covered with a thin layer of buttercream.
