FunCakes Ready to Use Cake Lace makes it easy to create elegant, lace-like decorations with a refined, professional look. Perfect for wedding and celebration cakes, this cake lace adds delicate detail that looks professional, while being surprisingly simple to use. Easily pour the lace over a cake lace mat of your choice to create any design you like. Heat in the oven and add it to your cake, cupcakes or cookies.

- Remains pliable after preparation, making handling and transport easy.
- Suitable for use on sugar paste, ganache, swiss meringue buttercream or firm-set buttercream.
- When used on chocolate, it may need edible glue to adhere.
- Storage advice: store finished cake lace between sheets of grease-proof paper, wrap tightly in foil and keep away from strong light and odours.
Preheat the oven to 95°C (convection oven 80°C). Pour the gel over a cake lace mat of your choice and divide evenly with a spatula. Heat in the preheated oven for 12-18 minutes. Carefully check whether you can lift the lace of the mat. Yes? Apply the lace to your cake, cupcakes or cookies! If not, shortly put it back in the oven and check again. Keep doing so until it releases easily.
