The FunCakes Acetate Roll is a foodsafe acetate foil. The acetate is suitable for working with chocolate and making e.g. bavarois and cheesecakes, and is easy to cut for various purposes.
How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake: Cut acetate to the required size. Start with cake at the bottom, put acetate inside and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake. Allow to cool and set. Remove mould and acetate.
- Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
- Size: length 20 m, height 8 cm.
