Use the FunCakes acetate roll for working with chocolate and making e.g. bavarois and cheesecakes. The acetate foil is food safe and is easy to cut for various purposes.
How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake: Cut acetate to the required size. Start with cake at the bottom, put acetate inside and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake. Allow to cool and set. Remove mould and acetate.
- Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
- Size: length 20 m, height 12 cm.
