The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. It's much lighter than many other creams, but still nicely stiff to use for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully high. The Enchanted Cream® Choco is made in a matter of minutes. Only add water and/or milk, mix and it's ready to use immediately.

Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream® mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as filling or to decorate with. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If preferred, you can also prepare the mix with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml), to make it either creamier or less creamy. One serving of Enchanted Cream® is sufficient for filling 2 layers and covering 1 cake (Ø25 cm) or for piping swirls on approximately 24-30 cupcakes.
