The Wilton Roll N Cut Mat 59x60 cm is a versatile plastic work mat for accurately measuring, rolling out, and cutting fondant, marzipan, or dough. The pre-marked circles and lines make it easy to work in precise dimensions, ideal for covering cakes or cutting shapes.
The mat features both imperial and metric measurements and has a handy non-stick surface to prevent sticking. Perfect for cakes up to 10 x 35,5 cm.

Instructions for use:
- Dust the mat with powdered sugar or grease it with vegetable shortening (e.g. Crisco).
- Place fondant or marzipan on the mat and roll out to approx. 0,5 cm thickness.
- Cut shapes or roll to the required size for your cake.
Tip: Is the mat slipping? Moisten the underside and press it onto your work surface to prevent movement.
