Sugarflair Oil Based Pastel Mixer White is made to deliver reliable, even colour in recipes with a high fat content. It is ideal for buttercream, ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, and cake mixes or batters where standard water based colours may not blend as smoothly.
The oil based formula disperses through fats and oils to create rich, vibrant shades that keep their intensity. Add a little for soft pastels or build up gradually for bold colour, so you can match every theme and finish with confidence.

- Creates vibrant colour that stays rich and does not fade.
- Blends smoothly for an even, consistent finish.
- Easy to control intensity from delicate pastels to bold shades.
Shake well before use. Add a little at a time to achieve shade, but the colour does develop over time. Let it set for 1 to 2 hours to let the colour develop. You can always add more colouring afterwards. Let it set for a whole night to increase the intensity of the colour.
Vegetable oil (rapeseed), water, emulsifier: E322 (sunflower), colour: E170.
