SmartFlex Fondant White Velvet Almond Flavour is a high quality Fondant with a smooth, velvety texture that is perfect for covering cakes, modelling figures and creating detailed decorations. The Fondant rolls out easily and can be stretched thinly without tearing, cracking or sticking. Designed for reliable performance in a wide range of temperatures, it is suitable for both professional cake decorators and passionate home bakers.

It can be used in different ranges of temperature from the Mediterranean to Scandinavian. After opening, any unused product should be placed back into original packaging material to avoid drying. Ensure the sugarpaste is sealed against air and stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Store at temperatures of approximately 16-23°C.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (coconut), hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), modified starch: potato starch, thickener: E415, flavouring, preservative: E202, acidity regulator: citric acid.
This product is: lactose-free, gluten-free, suited for vegetarians and suited for vegans.
Store in a dry place. Protect from sunlight, 16-23°C.
