Firm yet flexible, SmartFlex''s Velvet sugar paste is of the finest quality, allowing you to cover your cakes with ease. It has a delicious white chocolate flavour that makes your cakes taste even better. The SmartFlex sugar paste is easy to handle and is great for not only covering cakes, but also making figures or any kind of decoration. The sugar paste can be rolled out very well and thinly. It does not tear, crack or stick during rolling. The surface is perfectly homogeneous with a velvet feel. The SmartFlex cake covering Velvet sugar paste has a silky-smooth feel. It is extremely elastic, yet structurally firm at the same time, allowing you to create large, challenging and intricate shapes and designs.

It can be used in different ranges of temperature from the Mediterranean to Scandinavian. After opening, any unused product should be placed back into original packaging material to avoid drying. Ensure the sugarpaste is sealed against air and stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Store at temperatures of approximately 16-23°C.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (coconut, hydrogenated palm kernel oil), modified starch (potato), thickener: E415, flavouring, preservative: E202, acidity regulator: E330.
