- Colour: Purple.
- Highly concentrated food colouring; a small amount on the tip of a knife is enough.
- Storage: After opening, store in a dry place away from light.
Ingredients: dextrose, anti-caking agent: E551, colour: E122, E132, E151, E129, flavouring.
E122, E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Maximum usable dose: 21 g/kg.
Store in a dry, dark place
