With the ScrapCooking Churros Mix 325g you can create irresistible churros time and again that will surprise and delight the whole family.
Easily prepare delicious churros. Mix 325 g of mix with 3 eggs, 100 ml of water and 75 g of melted butter until you obtain a smooth batter. Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe it into a preheated churros maker. Bake until golden brown, allow to cool slightly and roll in sugar if desired before serving.
