With Renshaw Extra Fondant White Marshmallow Flavour 1kg you combine a sleek professional finish with a deliciously sweet marshmallow flavour. This extra firm and elastic fondant is perfect for covering large and tall cakes with sharp edges. Roll it out thinly without cracking or tearing while maintaining a bright, even white finish.
The soft marshmallow flavour makes this fondant especially popular for children’s and celebration cakes, as well as for anyone who wants not only a beautiful but also a tasty finish. Thanks to its increased strength, the fondant keeps its shape beautifully, even during intensive handling or in warmer conditions.
- Ideal for covering large and tall cakes with sharp edges.
- Extra firm and elastic with a delicious marshmallow flavour.
- 1kg fondant, ready to use.
- Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
- Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
- Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
- Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
- For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
- For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
