Renshaw Rolfondant Extra 10kg - White

This rolled fondant extra white from Renshaw has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw fondant. This fondant is highly elastic, but firm, which is easy to use. This makes the fondant suitable for hotter and more humid climates.

The fondant doesn’t stick and has a delicious vanilla flavour. It is ideal for covering cakes, due to its smooth finish. And you can even polish away any imperfections. The fondant can also be rolled out very thinly, this makes it great for frilling. Or use it to make beautiful decorations. In short, just a versatile rolled fondant.

You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, stabiliser: E413, E466, preservative: E202, natural flavouring.

May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk, nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
