Gum Tragacanth is a natural powder used to harden sugarpaste and create firm modelling paste or flower paste. It is a staple in every sugarcrafter’s toolbox and perfect for detailed cake decorations.
By strengthening the paste, it helps you model shapes that dry firm and hold their form beautifully.
- Essential for making modelling paste and flower paste
- Improves firmness and structure of sugarpaste
- Ideal for figures, flowers and shaped decorations
To make modelling paste, add 1 teaspoon to 250 g sugarpaste, knead well and leave overnight in an airtight container.
