LorAnn Bakery Emulsions are water-based flavourings that do not evaporate during heating like traditional alcohol-based extracts. This means you do not need to add extra to achieve the desired flavour. These emulsions stand out from concentrated extracts thanks to their rich, powerful and long-lasting taste. They are especially suitable for use in hot ovens, as they can withstand high temperatures. An excellent choice for adding flavour to cakes, cookies and fillings such as icing and desserts.
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of alcohol, the flavour is micro-encapsulated in natural stabilisers and suspended in water. Thanks to this encapsulation, the flavour remains stable even at high temperatures.

Water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum, colour: E129, E133, alcohol, preservative: E202.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk and sulphite.
This product is: Kosher certified and gluten-free.
