The roller pad from JEm is a great tool for the cutters from JEM. It is a tool to help release fondant or marzipan from the JEM cutters. Just put the cutter on the roller pad, fill with fondant/marzipan and roll out. Remove the excess fondant and release the fondant from the cutter.
