No hassle with double boilers or complicated recipes, just warm it up and it’s ready. Perfect for festive occasions, romantic dinners, or simply because you''re craving chocolate.
- Versatile: ideal for filling, covering and decorating cakes and cupcakes
- Ready to use: simply heat and apply
- Also great as a flavoring in ice cream or bavarois
- Content: 260 g, enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake or pipe 20-25 swirls
Combine with other FunCakes products like cupcake mixes, cake bases or sprinkles for a complete baking experience!
- For filling or airy ganache: whip the ganache with a mixer until light and fluffy.
- For covering and piping: heat for approx. 1 minute at 340W in the microwave or warm au bain marie to desired consistency.
- For buttercream or soft filling: mix 150 g of soft butter with the ganache and whip on high speed for 5 minutes.
Vegetable fat (palm, shea), vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, cocoa powder (fat reduced), milk powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower), flavouring (vanillin).
