The FunCakes Mix for Donuts lets you bake irresistibly tasty and festive-looking donuts that are totally on trend! This American treat has found its way into European kitchens and is quickly rivaling the cupcake. No wonder, donuts are delicious on their own and perfect for decorating with glaze, chocolate, sprinkles or sugar paste.
With this mix, you can easily create fluffy, perfectly shaped donuts. Whether deep-fried for that authentic bite or baked in the oven, the FunCakes Mix for Donuts delivers great results every time.

Tip: decorate with FunCakes glazes, melts, sprinkles or sugar paste for a truly irresistible result!
For best results, use a deep fryer. Use ingredients at room temperature. Mix 500 g of mix with 215 ml water and 65 ml (55 g) vegetable oil. Knead for 5 minutes using a dough hook. Roll out to approx. 5mm thickness and cut out donut shapes. Let rest for 25 minutes. Preheat deep fryer to 180°C or oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C).Deep fryer: fry golden brown, about 90 sec. per side.Oven: place in donut tray and bake approx. 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter and decorate as desired.
