Use cookie cutters, decorate with royal icing, glaze or sugar paste, and turn every cookie into a little treat. The FunCakes Mix for Cookies is versatile, easy to use and offers endless possibilities for creative bakers.

Tip: use with FunCakes cookie cutters, colorings and sugar decorations for a festive result!
Use ingredients at room temperature. Knead 500 g of mix with 150 g of butter and 1 egg (50 g) into a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough to approx. 3mm on a floured surface. Cut out shapes and bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Let cool and decorate as desired. Makes around 25 cookies (7–10 cm), depending on thickness and shape.
