Make a delicious buttercream for your cakes with this glutenfree mix from FunCakes. This cream is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. You only have to add water and butter to this mix for Buttercream to create the most delicious buttercream frosting.
- With this mix you can easily make a delicious creamy glutenfree buttercream, perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes.
- The cream can also be used as a layer over your cake when you want to cover the cake with fondant or marzipan.
- FunCakes glutenfree buttercream already has a delicious vanilla flavour, but can be given unique flavours with the FunCakes flavour pastes. Add some food colouring and your creation is complete!
- Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation method: Mix 150 g mix with 100 ml water in a bowl. Let it rest for 1 hour. Beat 180 g soft butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the soft butter to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Add the remaining butter and mix for another 5 minutes on high speed.
Sugar, dextrose, vegetable oil (coconut), starch (corn), glucose syrup, modified starch (potato), skimmed milk powder, milk protein, stabiliser: E340, E450, emulsifier: E472a, E471, thickener: E404, acidity regulator: E339, acid: E330, flavouring.
