FunCakes Isomalt 250 g

Make beautiful cake decorations to create design elements in a clear colour: gem stones , windows , mosaics , geode cakes. The FunCakes Isomalt can be heated without losing its sweetness or change colour.

• Extremely suitable for melting and re forming.
• Sugar free sweetener.
• White and odourless.
• Not as sweet as sugar but can be blended with other sugar substitutes to make it sweeter.
• Content: 250 gram.

Preparation: Melt in te microwave (approx. 700W in a heat resistant bowl) or in a pan up to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl / pan in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for approx. 10 seconds. The isomalt is now tempered and you can colour and process it as desired. ATTENTION!: The melted isomalt is very hot!

Ingredients: isomalt (100%).

Store in a cool, dar place, 15-20°C.
