The FunCakes gluten free Icing Sugar is made of refined icing sugar of confectioners'' quality! Perfect for preparing royal icing or buttercream. If you dust your work surface with a bit of FunCakes icing sugar you can easily roll out marzipan or fondant. The icing sugar can also be used as a sweet topping on fluted tube cakes, pancakes, waffes or other delicious treats. Provides sweetness and enhances the flavouring of all your baked treats! For the best result: sift before using!
