Product description FunCakes Glaze Topping 375 g
Give your bavarois cakes, desserts, and other treats a beautiful mirror finish with the glaze topping from FunCakes. The glaze topping is also known as cold jelly.
Instructions: For cold use, spread with a palette knife on (bavarois) cakes and desserts. Or preserve fresh fruit with a brush. Coloring possible. Stir before use.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, flavouring, acid: E330, acidity regulator: E327, E331, E341, gelling agent: E401, E407, E440, preservative: E202.
May contain traces of: soy, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
This product is: Halal certified, suited for vegetarians, suited for vegans.
Store in a dry place. Do not expose to sunlight for a long period of time.
