Add a professional finish to your cakes by placing the calyx under your sugar rose. Also ideal for making rose buds that enhance the natural beauty of your decoration.

- Versatile for calyxes, flowers and buds.
- Suitable for fondant (optionally strengthened with Tylo/CMC), modelling paste or gum paste.
Roll out the sugar paste, gum paste or modelling paste thinly and let it dry for a few minutes for the best results. Press the cutter firmly and lift carefully for a clean result.
When using fondant, add a little Tylo/CMC to strengthen the paste and speed up drying.
