With the FMM Cutter Happy Birthday you can easily create a festive message on your cake in one go. There’s no need to cut out individual letters, making it quick and simple to achieve a stunning result. Perfect for decorating birthday cakes, children’s cakes and other celebratory bakes. Suitable for sugar paste, gum paste and marzipan.
- Practical cutter with curved text.
- Ideal for birthday cakes and kids’ parties.
- Size: approx. 6 x 15 cm.
- Preferably use gum paste, flower paste, or fondant mixed with Tylo powder or CMC.
- Roll out thinly on a surface dusted with cornstarch or icing sugar, to a thickness of 1 - 2mm.
- Let it air-dry for a few minutes before cutting. This prevents the paste from being too sticky.
- Press the cutter firmly into the gum paste, flower paste, or fondant.
- Gently rub over the top or roll over with a small rolling pin to ensure the shape is cut cleanly.
- Carefully remove the decoration from the cutter, using a cocktail stick if necessary.
- Let the decorations harden briefly.
- Use the decoration flat on your cake or place it on wire to create a cake topper.
Tips for best results!
- Lightly dust the cutter with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Work on a smooth surface for sharp edges.
