The Dekofee Straight & Wavy Edgy Starter Set is the ideal set for creating modern cream cakes with clean, sharp edges. The wide, ergonomic handle ensures that the Edgy always remains in the correct position. This versatile tool is suitable for ganache and cream cakes, is easily adjustable in height and guarantees perfectly sharp edges.
- Suitable for cakes with a diameter of 15 cm to 30 cm and a maximum height of 11.5 cm.
- Contents: 1 smooth handle, 1 waves handle, 1 ruler 15 cm smooth & waves, 1 ruler 10 cm smooth & waves, 2 screws, 1 nut.

Spread the cake with cream using a spatula. Assemble the Edgy and place it on the cake to remove the excess cream. Fill any gaps with cream and smooth the cake using the Edgy. Repeat until you achieve sharp, perfect edges.
